Generally, PCB design will require the involvement of the Circuit Designer, Mechanical Designer, Manufacturing & Assembly Engineers, EMI/EMC Engineer, and the PCB Designer. As all parties have a role to play in the PCB development cycle, everyone will have certain design requirements and constraints for the PCB. Thus, it is essential for all parties to participate and provide their inputs at the very beginning of the design process, so that the PCB can be set up soundly before commencing the layout design process. And maintaining an open and constant communication among all parties to ensure all are on the same page to avoid unnecessary multiple extensive revisions.
